We had a wonderful romantic escape at a beautiful hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodated our needs. They even went out of their way to provide gluten and dairy-free food options for us. The premises were spotless and had a nice interior and exterior design. the excellent service provided by the staff was a standout aspect of our stay.

There were a few aspects that left us mildly disappointed. the room lighting design was lacking, with only one switch controlling both side table lamps.

Do recommend it and definitely coming here again. The staff are incredibly welcoming and outstandingly accommodating. The restaurant attached makes delightful food.

We were impressed by their genuine care for our enjoyment during our stay. The room was clean and luxurious, with minimalist furnishings and modern amenities. The food at the hotel was also delicious, with a variety of options available throughout the day. We particularly enjoyed the prompt and excellent room service. it was a pleasure to stay at Beyond Bayou.

The room was alright, and we got two complimentary drinks upon arrival. The hotel was located in a great area, close to many shops and restaurants. We also enjoyed the pool and the fact that we could order food and drinks to the pool area.

The bed was a bit too hard for our liking, and it wasn't as luxurious as we hoped it would be. the staff wasn't as helpful or friendly as we expected them to be.

The hotel's decor and design were absolutely stunning! I felt like I was staying in a luxurious palace surrounded by beautiful artwork and intricate details. The general areas of the hotel were spacious and easy to navigate, making it accessible for senior people like myself. It was a joy to explore and relax in such a visually pleasing environment.

I would have appreciated if the children working there had better English communication skills. As a senior woman, it is important for me to feel understood and supported during my vacation.

The rooms at Beyond Bayou were super cozy and comfortable, with air conditioning to beat the Bali heat. The free WiFi was a bonus for staying connected, and having a private bathroom was convenient. I loved the pool view from the air-conditioned rooms and the desk was handy for my laptop. The safety deposit box gave me peace of mind, and the electric kettle in the suite was a nice touch. The towels provided in the rooms were a thoughtful addition.

I personally would have preferred if there were more vegetarian and vegan options in the onsite restaurant.

The food and drinks were often served at room temperature, not chilled as expected. There were times when dishes were not cleared in a timely manner, making the room look untidy, and we found some unwanted bugs roaming around.

The room amenities, particularly the luxurious bathroom with high-end shower fixtures and well-stocked toiletries, offer complete comfort. The staff goes above and beyond to take care of guests, helping them with queries and providing prompt service. Guests can feast on the authentic floating breakfast and enjoy the quiet ambiance at the private pool.

Some of the little inconveniences like the absence of a dining table and lack of TV in the room could have been improved.
